Scientist, volunteer, adventurer, mentor, and advocate for women in leadership and STEM

Natasha is a scientist, volunteer, adventurer, mentor, and advocate for women in leadership and STEM.   She has a PhD in multi-component seismic processing and in 2023 completed post-graduate studies in the psychology of business and leadership.  Natasha has 30 years’ experience working in research, technical, leader and management roles across the resources and energy industry. She’s also held multiple board and advisory roles for national and international not-for-profit organisations, designed and delivered global leadership programs, and mentored and coached aspiring and experienced leaders in STEM.  Over the past 7 years she’s dived into the human transformation required for digital evolution, adaptive team structures, and effective leadership in the era of AI.  Natasha is the recipient of a Rhodes Scholarship and Churchill Fellowship, and in 2024 she was invested as a Member of the Order of Australia for her service to youth and geosciences.
